Delivery Outside European Union
FEVER LONDON DELIVERY TO UNITED STATES/CANADA AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES
We only offer delivery to countries within the European Union and the United States/Canada as standard.
However if you live outside the EU & US you can still order with us, see below for instructions.
US AND CANADA DELIVERY
All delivery to the US and Canada costs £19.90. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
We use FedEx delivery service. Please note a signature will be needed upon receipt of goods.
The delivery cost does not include duty and custom charges, you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are covered by the customer. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on import regulations.
Tracking Your Order
We use DPD and FedEx delivery services, which are fully trackable. In your dispatch email, you will receive a tracking number. Please note a signature will be needed upon receipt of goods.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service informing you when the next delivery attempt will be made or where you can collect your order.
Please note no changes can be made to the delivery address once the order has been dispatched to you.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn item(s) to us in their original packaging with any tags and labels attached within 28 days from the date of receipt.
You will receive a refund which covers the cost of the items. The refund will not cover any import duties or taxes incurred. We highly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot issue a refund or exchange until the item(s) have been received by our warehouse.

If you wish to exchange any item(s) for a different size or colour (subject to stock availability), please let us know on your returns form. Please fill in and include on the enclosed paperwork that was sent with your original order, noting what you would like to exchange the item(s) for and we will process this for you.
Exchange requests from the US and Canada will be charged £10 for resending if the order was paid for by card. If you paid by Paypal, we’ll send you an email asking for a £10 payment to email@example.com.
Exchange requests from Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Norway, Finland and Iceland will cost £15.00 using FedEx service.
OUTSIDE EU & US/CANADA DELIVERY
The instructions below are for customers requiring delivery outside the EU and US/Canada. Unfortunately this excludes Australia and New Zealand.

You will receive an email response with the total cost of the order including the delivery charge and instructions on how to pay.
Payment, Taxes and Duties
Payment is only payable via Paypal.
Orders maybe be subject to import taxes/fees.
Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Delivery and Return Policy
