DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver to the UK, Ireland, EU countries and the US and Canada.

Please note orders are usually processed and dispatched on the next working day from the order day. However, during busy times and when we are on sale it can take longer than this. All our orders are sent out signed for and trackable.

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Delivery

At Fever we offer 3 UK (Mainland) delivery options:

  • Express delivery, 1-2 working days, £4.95 (No Saturday delivery. Mainland UK only, not available for Northern Ireland)
  • Standard delivery, 3-5 working days, £3.50 (For all Northern Ireland orders, we only use Royal Mail).
  • FREE standard delivery, 3-5 working days, on all orders over £60.

Please note Standard Delivery to the Channel Islands is £9.95. Please e-mail info@feverdesigns.co.uk for more information on how to place your order if you live on the Channel Islands.

Ireland & European Union Delivery

  • Delivery to EU Countries and the Republic of Ireland is £9.95 and takes 3-5 working days. This excludes Scandinavian countries.
  • Delivery to Denmark, Sweden and Czech Republic will cost £15.00 using FedEx or DPD.
  • Delivery to Norway, Finland and Iceland will cost £17.50 using FedEx or DPD.
  • FREE standard delivery, 3-5 working days, on all orders over £100.This excludes Scandinavian countries.

Where possible we use a tracked service with DPD and FedEx so you will need to be present to sign for your delivery. After a first failed attempt to deliver, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot and a second delivery attempt will follow the next day. The parcel will be returned to sender if it is not claimed.

Please note that if you want to request a re-delivery we will need to ask you to pay for another shipment payment. If you want to request a refund, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

US & International Delivery

We only offer delivery to countries within the European Union and the United States and Canada as standard.

US and Canada Delivery

  •  Standard delivery, 5-7 working days, £19.90.

We use FedEx delivery service. Please note a signature will be needed upon receipt of goods.
